Before the walls were closed in at Jake’s Place Before the walls were closed in at Jake’s Place 🏡, our families came together to sign the framing — leaving messages of love ❤️, hope, and gratitude inside the home that will soon hold so many beautiful memories. Those signatures will soon be covered, but the meaning behind them will live within these walls forever 🏠. We are incredibly grateful to Halfacre Construction Company 👷‍♂️🔨 for welcoming our families onto the site and allowing us to mark this milestone. Thank you for building not just a house, but a place where community, dignity, and belonging 💞 will thrive. Jake’s Place is already filled with love 💜 and this is only the beginning. 🌅

Making a pawsitive impact one paw at a time 🐾😄 !Did you know two of our classrooms spent several weeks collecting items for local animal shelters and then hopped on the bus to deliver all the donations in person 🐾🚌 From gathering supplies to giving them with pride this was a pawsitive community project in action. Snack time just got a whole lot more fun (and func Snack time just got a whole lot more fun (and functional) 🥨🔨 Our students at Selby Preschool enjoyed their snacks while smashing crackers with hammers, turning a tasty moment into an educational one. This hands on activity builds fine motor skills, hand strength, and coordination while keeping snack time delicious and engaging 😋🖐️
Our Haven Academy students had an incredible hands Our Haven Academy students had an incredible hands on experience visiting Miller Precision Signs recently and we cannot say thank you enough! A huge shoutout to Matt and Boston for welcoming our group, taking the time to walk students through the process, and going above and beyond to make the day so special. From learning how shirts are made to creating their own designs, it was an unforgettable experience filled with learning, creativity, and confidence building. We are so grateful for community partners like Matt and Boston who truly show up for our students and believe in their abilities 💙

Seeing our programs connect through creativity and shared experiences is what inclusion is all about. And while every space was inspiring, the clear crowd favorite was the pottery room 🏺 We are so grateful for spaces like the Herrig Center for the ARTS that welcome everyone to explore create and belong.

And if Ms. Beth’s face says anything it’s that baking is definitely not always tidy 😄 Worth every sprinkle spill and smile 💙

Katherine and our students are working together throughout the year to prepare special performances that will be featured at graduation. This collaboration is building confidence creativity teamwork and a love for the performing arts. We cannot wait to see our students shine on stage at the end of the year 💜
